Fellowship named in honour of the late Jeannie Ferris, Liberal Senator for SA who was committed to advancing issues affecting women. Jeannie was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in October 2005 and passed away in April 2007.

Jeannie Ferris, National Centre for Gynaecological Cancers Consumer Churchill Fellowship for award to a consumer (a woman who has been diagnosed with gynaecological cancer, a family member or carer) for a project that will contribute to reducing the impact of gynaecological cancers on those affected. Established in 2010.
