Park Family

William (Bill) and Lesley Park have had a long association with the Churchill Trust. Initially involved as the Deputy Chairman of the Brisbane Doorknock Appeal in 1965 Bill was also involved in the selection of Queensland Fellows some years later. In 1976 Bill joined the Board of Directors of the Churchill Trust and went on to serve as National Chairman from 1988 and then as National President from 1995. Upon his retirement from the Board in 2002 Bill was invited to become Patron of the Trust, a role that he still enjoys today. Bill, Lesley and their family have a long tradition of involvement with education and are now generously sponsoring Churchill Fellowships in this area.
