Dr Catherine (Cath) Cosgrave is passionate about finding practical health workforce solutions to improve access and equity of health services to rural communities. Cath believes that effective rural health workforce shortages solutions must be place-based and involve the local community in their planning and delivery as well as being individually tailored to the health professionals and their families’ needs.
