Courtney holds a Masters of Criminology and Criminal Justice (Forensic Mental Health) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). Courtney has proven success in delivering detailed recommendations to government departments on a range of policing, criminological and criminal justice areas, including; implicit bias in police decision making, risk mitigation, entity specific intelligence assessments, programs for incarcerated offenders, and programs children and young people at risk of significant harm.
