Jack believes in the positive impact skateboarding can have on young people. Passionate about youth development, he leads skateboarding programs across remote and regional areas of Australia, providing workshops that focus on engagement and empowerment of young people.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in social work, his efforts are supported by the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and implement effective programs for youth, addressing unique challenges faced by young people in diverse communities.
The Churchill Fellowship project focuses on exploring global best practices in social skateboarding programs, aiming to bring innovative approaches back to Australia. This fellowship reflects a commitment to using skateboarding as a tool for social change and youth empowerment. Through this work, the aim is to inspire and support young people, helping them to expand their skill sets, build networks, and foster new connections within their communities.
