Jeremy Wiggins (he/him) is CEO of Transcend Australia, the largest national charity working to support families and carers of transgender children and young people. Transcend Australia provides direct support to families and collaborates with communities, health services, governments, and researchers to improve service systems and equitable access to healthcare.

Jeremy is a 2016 Churchill Fellow in transgender health and has worked for over 15 years to enable better health outcomes for marginalised communities. He has worked with teams to establish multiple gender affirming health services and programs, including the first Australian peer navigation service. Jeremy served a 5-year term as Co-Chair of the Victorian Government Trans and Gender Diverse Expert Advisory Group with the Commissioner for LGBTIQ Communities. He was also the first trans male Ambassador for MoVember and the 2018 Victorian LGBTI Person of the Year.
