His professional experience includes General Manager Football Operations, Gold Coast Suns; Executive Manager Football Operations, WA Football Commission; General Manager Football Operations and General Manager Strategy and Development, North Melbourne Football Club; High Performance Manager, WA Football Commission; and Marketing Services Manager, Fremantle Football Club.
He undertook a Churchill Trust Fellowship to investigate global best practice in character development for adolescent males.
