Neil Wilson is co-owner of Suitcase Records, a family-owned vinyl record pressing plant in Brisbane, and one of only 3 manufacturers of vinyl records in Australia.
Since 2021 Neil has pressed over 150,000 records for small independent artists through to acts with major record labels. He has a particular focus on exploring how vinyl record production can be more sustainable and is the first person to produce records with non-fossil fuel based compounds in Australia.
Prior to becoming a vinyl record manufacturer, Neil spent 20 years working as an architect and project manager and has degrees in both Architecture and Urban and Regional Planning.
