Paul is passionate about the mental health and wellbeing of jurors and others impacted by the judicial system.


Paul is an experienced Senior Court Administrator in the Greater Melbourne area.


He is currently the Juries Commissioner for the state of Victoria. Paul is a Board member of the National Institute of Organisation Dynamics Australia (NIODA).


He has worked in the Victorian Public Service since 1994. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) and a Master of Applied Science (Organisation Dynamics) from RMIT University, and an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG).
