There are 3 major factors that lead to success and drives the effective programs. Firstly the 1:1 trainer/student ratio that gives each student intensive attention. Secondly, the teaching of the fundamental life skills and tools for success. Essential for disengaged youth who have not received these lessons at home. And lastly the long term follow up and case management which is vital to positively affect long term employment sustainability.
