Global Leadership Practices program

The Global Leadership Practices (GLP) program is a leadership experience for executives, designed to explore what is going on behind the scenes around the world.

A rare experience for leaders to experience transformative growth

The GLP program supports the Australian’s government’s agenda for the Australian Public Service to develop deeper knowledge and networks in Asia and the Pacific. The programs present a unique way for participants to discover their own latent capacities and potential, especially when faced with a very different social-cultural contexts but which also contain familiar, almost universal leadership challenges.

Participants will include senior executives from the public sector (SES), the private sector and not for profit sector.

The Churchill Trust is grateful to our partner Yellow Edge for their generosity in offering places to Churchill Fellows to attend the GLP program. Yellow Edge has been supporting Churchill Fellows to participate in this program since 2018.
