Victorian Churchill Fellow Holly Klintworth is featured in Winston’s Harvest, a national video series from the Winston Churchill Trust Australia highlighting Australians applying global knowledge to strengthen local industries.
Through her Churchill Fellowship, Klintworth undertook specialised training with a leading cognac distillery, gaining hands-on experience in both traditional and modern brandy-making techniques. Her work is helping build capability across Australia’s growing premium spirits sector, with a focus on quality production, maturation processes and product development.
The Winston’s Harvest series showcases how Churchill Fellows are translating international expertise into practical outcomes for Australian food, agriculture and manufacturing industries.
