To investigate best-practice distilling training to apply to Australia via in-house or other models featured image
Australia punches above its weight in international awards. But our connection to training and technical skills continues to be poor, with the industry crying out for effective ways to build skills and learn. This project aims to examine distilling in European nations, alongside how emerging countries are dealing with the increased interest in distilling and need for skills, especially for workers. It will understand the workplace training models used; how other countries build in-house training matrices; the role of experts and mentors; the role of colleges and block learning, and equally understand what methods don't work, and bring this knowhow back to the industry to inform future direction for Australia.
