Photo Requirements and Media Consent

The Churchill Trust requires at least two descriptive photographs of you that tell a visual story relating to your Fellowship project for the Trust to use for promotional purposes including but not limited to:

• Media Releases profiling you and your project
• Inclusion on the Churchill Trust and Churchill Fellow Association websites
• Advertising
• Publications
• Promotional materials eg. brochures, banners etc

This is an essential requirement, prior to undertaking your Fellowship.

Photo Requirements

Your photos MUST tell a visual story relating to your Fellowship project.  Read the following advice on do’s and don’ts when composing your photos.

Please upload up to six different photos for our consideration.

Technical Specifications 

• Digital colour photo/s of high resolution (300 dpi or fine/superfine camera setting) in .png or .jpg format in landscape orientation are preferred.
• Acceptable file size for each photo should be between 1Mb to 5Mb
• Do not send photos that infringe copyright or require any form of credit or acknowledgment. We do not credit photographers in any form so you must have permission to supply the photos to the Trust without a credit required
• Photos must NOT be sent within a document ie. Word, PDF

Instructions for uploading your photos

Please navigate to the Uploads Tab within the Fellows Portal and follow the instructions to upload requested photos.

Media Consent

Complete the media consent details for each file you upload (this will appear on screen after following the upload instructions found under the Uploads Tab).

Please note If your photo/s have other person/s featured that are recognisable, you will need to have sort permission from them to use these photos prior to uploading.
