Committee Activities
Throughout the year the Churchill Fellows’ Association of Queensland (CFAQ) host various activities including
- A weekend of support to Churchill Fellow applicants during Qld’s Selection Panel Interviews – this program is known as ‘Whispering’
- Attendance at Government House for introduction of Medallion recipients
- New Fellows and Medallion Recipients’ Dinners
- Partnering with the Trust to host Regional Information Sessions – known as ‘Roadshows’. These visits support potential applicants and link Churchill Fellows outside of SE Qld (e.g. Toowoomba and Townsville visits in 2024).
- Monthly CFAQ Meetings and an annual AGM.
- End of year networking BBQ.
We welcome as many Fellows as possible to participate in these events.
