After a tough few years, it’s time to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing and to flourish. Mindfulness arrived in the Western World about 30 years ago, and evidence shows it is a powerful way to improve our wellbeing.

This workshop will explore the amazing benefits of mindfulness and meditation for our physical and mental wellbeing. During the workshop you will be guided through a range of practical strategies and tools with Dr Cate Howell (CF 2000) to enable you to readily incorporate mindfulness and meditation into your daily life.
