Jennifer Kulas is a development manager at not-for-profit housing provider, Nightingale Housing. Most recently she has delivered Nightingale Ballarat, Nightingale’s first regional project (2022).
With a background in architecture, Jennifer is endlessly intrigued by the space where design meets development finance, and the capacity for housing to create social equity.
Jennifer has a particular interest in addressing the rise of housing insecurity amongst women in Australia, a phenomenon that has been further exacerbated in recent years by the impacts of the global pandemic. Jennifer will undertake her Churchill Fellowship in June-July, 2022.
