Anne-Marie Cade is an award-winning lawyer and mediator who has a Masters degree in Family Dispute Resolution and Negotiation, is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, a Certified Divorce Coach and a Parenting Coordinator. She is the founder of Divorce Right, which is a boutique Mediation and Conflict Coaching practice.


Anne-Marie was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to research Parenting Coordination in 7 countries around the world. Parenting Coordination is a post-divorce dispute resolution process where a parenting coordinator is appointed by the court to assist parents navigate inter-parental conflict and help them implement what is set out in their parenting orders.


She has won many industry awards namely the Lexis Nexis Legal Innovation Award, The Women in Law Thought Leader of the Year Award and most recently she was named as the 2023 Australian Mediator of the Year at the Australasian Law Awards.

 

She is also an elected representative in Local Government and is currently Deputy Mayor of her local Council.
