Cam is an experience designer and storyteller who specialises in tackling complex topics like domestic violence, gender equity, and suicide prevention. A 2023 Australian ASEAN Young Leader, he has built on a PhD in audience engagement and storytelling and spent the last decade telling stories and building learning products for organisations like Go1, UNESCO and Beyond Blue.

He was thrilled to receive the 2020 James Love Churchill Fellowship to explore ways to improve training on preventing and responding to domestic violence in Australian workplaces. Completing the Fellowship at the end of 2022, he traveled to New Zealand, Canada, the United States of America and the United Kingdom, working with front-line shelters and perpetrator programs, virtual reality producers and expert trainers to understand how we can improve outcomes for Australians at work.

Since finishing his Fellowship, he founded Impact by Design, a social enterprise that works with front-line organisations to help them build educational products and tell their stories to everyday Australians.
