David Collins is an artist that started out painting graffiti murals and has gone on to create and run a street art festival, he also works with at risk youth across the Territory primarily using art as an engagement tool.
David is a Director of Proper Creative mural company that has won the Fitzgerald social change award at the NT human rights awards and numerous national street art awards.
