Dr Jorja Collins is a dietitian (Adv APD) who is passionate about doing her bit for the planet within her sphere of influence. Jorja works as a food service dietitian in a large, public healthcare organisation and as an academic at Monash University in a teaching and research role. Her team's current research looks at environmental sustainability in hospital food services, and the opportunities that exist to optimise food systems and health care systems for a sustainable future. In 2019 she was awarded the Dietitians Australia Young Achiever in recognition of her leadership in food service practice, research and teaching.
