Kim is passionate about Australia’s rose industry and constantly exploring ways to improve growing processes and outcomes. A commercial rose grower for over 30 years, Kim is the Managing Director of Corporate Roses Pty Ltd and has worked from the ground up in gaining experience across all sectors of the rose industry.


Awarded an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture from TAFE SA, and a Diploma of Teaching from Sturt College of Advanced Education (Flinders University), Kim has a broad skill set.


Current Chair of Rose Introducers of Australia, his leadership in the industry and excellence in production and marketing is respected and trusted. Kim is the Australian Master Agent for French based rose breeder Meilland International, and responsible for the trialling, licencing and commercialisation of their garden and landscape new introductions, resulting in a close connection with the nation’s rose growing network.


While having a foot firmly planted in horticulture, Kim also has a strong media profile. He is the Executive Producer and host of Outdoors Indoors television program and garden writer for magazines SALIFE and SALIFE Gardens & Outdoor Living. Kim also presented on The Garden Gurus series. He is adept at communicating professionally and informatively.


Kim also promotes his love of gardening, as a regular guest on South Australian radio programs, talks to garden clubs, plus community events around South Australia and interstate, including the International Melbourne Flower and Garden Show. Kim shares his knowledge and experience willingly.
