To explore global best practices in digital government service delivery.

My project will dive into the inner workings of government agencies that are globally recognised as being at the cutting-edge of digital government service delivery. Governments around the world attempt to digitise their services, but very few are able to reliably do so in a way that matches the quality and innovation of the private sector. My project will seek to uncover and understand the interplay of factors that lead to world-class digital government services, including by inquiring about: funding models, workforce design and management, leadership, digital strategies, operating models, politics, and stakeholder relationships.
