She Identified successful disability employment programs involving recruitment, accessibility needs, workplace inclusion and workplace integration and career development.

Donna gained insights into what motivated organisations to build an inclusive employment culture to attract and retain people with disability, gained an understanding of how critical senior leadership was to driving culture change and how important data collection, measurement and reporting was to monitor and track change.
