Sonja Braidner is passionate about inclusion and ensuring everyone has access to a fair go. She has been involved in human rights since the 1990’s. Sonja has previously worked as the I&D Manager for John Holland and as a consultant for Mwah (Making Work Absolutely Human). Prior to her Churchill Fellowship, Sonja held the inaugural role of diversity and inclusion lead at Fire aand Rescue NSW, for which she received the 2018 Deputy Commissioner's Certificate of Appreciation.
